This bag is well thought out. Super thick, durable outer material. I haven't had it that long but my boyfriend has one and is a big fan of the bag. hence my purchase of it. This bag fits Spirit Airlines and Frontier measurements (when traveling on their Naked fare). It is kept as a "personal item". My favorite part: padded laptop compartment with a velvety inner lining on the back. Brilliantly positioned as my laptop has flopped unsafely in my bag all too often. I'm looking forward to my new "buddy" on the road.
