First I would like to note the good, it is a very nice backpack (Raven X-Hatch) and looks well made. Zippers that cannot be explained by the fact that it is a brand new backpack. In just 10-15 minutes after looking at the bag, the zippers on mine started to loosen a bit. I doubt that after a week or so of regular use, the waterproof design always makes it a little harder to get in your pocket than a non-waterproof design, but the trade-off is that it should keep your expensive electronics clean
