So far so good. They look slightly different in color than the picture, but that's not a problem as it doesn't affect their function. We've been using them for a week now with no problems. Both come with their own charger, but both chargers work with both controllers and yes, they're wireless, you just have to plug them in while charging. Great controllers, especially for the price. The joystick buttons are a little difficult to press initially, but just like all other new controllers. Anyway, I'm happy with these.
