It worked so well as a training tool that it didn't take long to dissuade my dog from being aggressive towards neighbors over the fence. She used to run very aggressively towards the fence and behaved just as aggressively towards them, posing and throwing a real tantrum. She ignored orders to stop this behavior until I got to her seat. After just a few days of using this enhancement tool, she won't even become aggressive towards them, just ignores them. I had to use the shock option maybe twice, I start with a voice command and when it ignores the command use a beep (now it's enough to redirect it). If she ignores the beep, I hit the vibrate button. I haven't had to use Jolt since the first week of training. I would recommend this to anyone who is having trouble getting their dog to obey commands when off the lead in a fenced backyard. For my dog she felt like she was out of her reach then she didn't need to listen. This helped me fix it.
