Very nice Love the design and idea of this apple peeler. This is a 3 in 1 apple peeler made of high quality durable injection molding and 304 stainless steel blades. I can see that it can be in contact with water for a long time and will not rust and corrode. I love that it peels, cores and slices apples simultaneously in seconds, quickly and almost effortlessly prepares fruit and vegetable salads, apple pie/pear pie, breaded potatoes, cobbler, dried fruit, canned and fresh apple slices in the form of hardballs spirals for children as a snack. Or you just core and cut for the skin, which is great for potatoes, lemons, persimmons, etc. It's also super easy, just pop the apple on 3 prongs, line up knives, core and slice, and then let the peeling blade do the rest when you turn the knob. With the adjustable peeling blade, you can peel fruit and vegetables at different depths; a sharp apple corer also cuts apples into thin slices, like a spiral potato peeler.
