I have had this filter for almost a month now, it replaced an old tower model that uses 2x Holmes Aer1 Series and I have had to replace them monthly. My kitchen is the source of most of my air problems, which the sensor speeds up and helps fix problems fairly quickly. I've considered getting a second one for the bedroom furthest from the kitchen, but the air quality as I moved the unit was fairly consistent in my 1,100-square-foot apartment. feet
