Pro:1. Nice selection of beats. They're fine for my use, but other reviewers have mentioned missing parts. I don't work on some things like phones so I might not notice some of the missing items that others have mentioned. 2. The body material is beautiful and durable.3. The metal box with the bits is spring loaded so it stays closed.4. The bits are held in place with magnets to prevent them from falling out of the shell.5. Plenty of pockets to store all tools.6. The tips of the tweezers are protected by a rubber tip. I like it, so I don't put sharp parts inside me, but this part is easy to lose.7. There are three sizes of tweezers, all metal, so they seem durable and should last a while.8. There is a cap on the end of the screwdriver that allows you to turn the bits while holding the tip in your hand. Gives you better control.9. The brush came in very handy when I was cleaning the keyboard. Cons: 1. Very hard to tell where each bit goes. They have die cut labels and text labels on the bits. The labels on the tray are badges only. (For example, a bit says Torx T2, but the compartment only shows the symbol for the tip of the Torx bit.) 2. The screwdriver handle is round with three flat dots on the sides to provide grip when holding. I would prefer a better grip.3. The screwdriver is difficult to remove from the shelf. If you apply too much force to it, the bits may fly out even if held in place with magnets.4. The cover is a swirly style held in place with Velcro. However, the Velcro is too far from the edge and you cannot wrap the bag tight enough to prevent the tools from falling out. I need to stick some velcro on it to solve this problem. Or I could just wrap the whole thing with a rubber band. Spudgers are a type of plastic that is too flexible for me. They are suitable for working with small items.6. The guitar picks seemed a little clunky to me, but they worked well. Overall Impression: Useful to replace my very old installation. I was able to replace my keyboard with it and it worked fine. There are some issues, but they can be easily fixed. All in all not a bad deal for the price. It might not be the best set of tools, but it gets the job done and that's all I really ask of any tool.
