When walking, the heels slip out of the boot. I put some strips on the heel of the shoe to keep the heel from slipping out of the shoe but that didn't help. I don't know why the shoe fits like this but it's a VERY nice shoe so I have to walk really slowly when wearing it. My heels don't come all the way out of the boot, they just slide into the boot. A little disappointed in them for what they cost.
