It's easy for the customer service representative to give you all of your information at once, which is great because I don't like having to ask questions over and over again if they're already in my system.I am currently working with them to make them aware that we have other products so we can try to get our business transferred. We've had nothing but positive experiences from them! They are very friendly and helpful. There isn't anything I dislike about their program. The only thing I wish was different was that when you upload an invoice, it would show up on the correct line item instead of being put on the wrong one. This makes our life easier because we don't have to do extra work to track down what we bought.
