Bought to replace a very good and durable one we had. Unfortunately we are not satisfied with that. It can only be used for fairly small pots - 2 liters max I'd say, and the handle flexes slightly where it connects to the strainer so you'll need to be vigilant. It only has a small tongue to keep it level with the pot so it slides off easily. Our old one had three - much sturdier. Finally, the part that's meant to grab the noodles — the curved pins on the left — actually makes it harder to pull. They curve inward towards the pan and the pasta will flow straight onto it unless you're cooking a very small amount - one serving, maybe 2. Also, due to the design, this can only be used with the left hand. Correctly. So if you're using a small pot with just a serving or two of pasta, this might work for you, but I'd keep looking. I wish I could find my old one again.
