Very pretty. Obviously someone's handwork. Very easy to assemble according to photo instructions. It's firm to the touch and my green cheek seems to like it, although it was wary at first because it's so much bigger than her old one. I also ordered plastic chain links and paper finger traps to add more things to interact with. The main pole can be a bit large for a green cheeked kennel so I'll wrap some string around it to make it easier to grab. The only thing I would change is to make the base of the bottom tray bigger so it catches more.
