Strong magnet suitable for doorstop

I used this product to hold the bathroom door open. The problem I had with the doorstop was that the magnet was so strong that it pulled the piece away from the bathroom door. I didn't want to use screws in the door so I used the supplied adhesive pads. I finally got it working by putting a few layers of tape on the magnet. Works great now.
