Review on 🍳 Stainless Steel Splatter Screen with Folding Handle - OXO Good Grips: Enhance Your Cooking Experience by Stephanie Smith

Lots of splashes, uncomfortable.

Sorry Oxo. I'm not a fan. - I find the size awkward for anything but large pots. Difficult to keep it in place on smaller pots or pans - Doesn't hold back spills well; this can reduce splatter a bit, but you'll still be smeared with oil and you'll have to step back a few feet from the stove or you'll burn yourself. I think the drug addict safety net I bought at the dollar store ten years ago is actually more effective. You can't see into the pan at all. rips if you apply pressure while cleaning. In fact, (a) the stainless steel is spotty and (b) there is a narrow rim around the perimeter that traps grease on its edge and no matter how I try I can't get it clean. I've tried Bon Ami, Comet, Bartenders Friend, Thin Steel Wool, Baking Soda and Vinegar, Zuds. The handle will not stay securely in place when extended, which can be dangerous. Strong and durable. I will give so much
