These little magnetic locators are amazing! 4 very strong magnets on each assembly (3 small and 3 large) to help position flat bars, tubes and bars in desired geometry. They are great for initial installation and tacking and should be removed before welding is complete to conduct heat away from the magnets (and destroy their magnetic properties). There is enough resistance between the pivots to create and maintain an angle that won't wobble. They take a little effort to position them where you want them, but that's a good thing because once placed they're very stable. They are excellent for tacking tongues at right angles to a longer piece of flat or round material. Once you have them, you'll see how they can be used for other purposes and you'll wonder how you ever managed without them. You can get creative and even figure out how to attach aluminum parts with these little magnetic clips. It's a lot and very well done.
