This radio looks good but the volume control is different than any other radio I have had. Also, you can't increase the volume in increments, the slightest movement of the knob results in a deafening volume. The sound quality is okay for the price, and the weather radio button is a nice feature though. If you press the weather button without first turning on the radio, the weather radio will turn on at full volume and the volume slider will not control it. Make sure you turn on the radio before touching the weather button. What a stupid way to do things. If the radio isn't on, why not just turn on the radio button? Well, maybe I can use it as a doorstop.
