Easy Setup. I used an AT&T prepaid WiFi tablet SIM card following the instructions that came with it which were easy and set up the network in 20 minutes. I use it with my Chromebook and occasionally for better TV streaming. Charged via USB port. Set up a hotspot anywhere you have cell service. Works better than a real AT&T hotspot router (which costs $279) and doesn't use your data just because it's on like an AT&T router does. There was no reason to call tech support, why the low rating on it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the range is only 25ft, but it's about the size of an I-Phone so it's easy to move around.
