Hard and thick best in kitchen and dining room

This product is 3/8 inch thick - ideal for mass producing pizza. This steel stays hot in the oven with the door open, pizza after pizza. I'm crazy about conditioning all my own kitchen steel and cast iron so I don't need a pre-treatment coating. But it's great for people who are new to this style of baking. I love this steel!
