MINI stated that this is not for S, but for .

First set installed was ok no problems. They worked great and didn't require factory resets. So I ordered a second set. Our 2013 Clubman S started twitching a little at around 4000 rpm (though with no codes). After trying a few things, I took it to a MINI in Warwick, Rhode Island. I was told it wasn't for S models but I think it was just because they had no idea what was causing the problem.
