These shocks were fitted to a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ with Z55 Autoride Suspension. The first shock absorber (driver's side) was installed in 20 minutes, including removing the old shock absorber. The installation time for the second shock (passenger side) was much longer as there is very little clearance around the top nut and bolt that attaches the shock to the frame. Removing the old shock would have been a lot easier with a flex head ratchet wrench. Another note on removing the old shocks is that both bags on the old shocks were torn, so there was no need to use a scanner to bleed. Air from old shock absorbers before removal (recommended in installation instructions). The new shock absorbers are of good quality. I didn't have any issues with the sensor or catenary connections that other reviewers have noted. No ECU codes were displayed after installing new shock absorbers after starting the vehicle. The car's ride quality has greatly improved, although it seems that the "feel of the road" is better than with the old dampers (if they were working properly). In general, a good product and a suitable fit for the car are pointed out.
