Review on OTC 3630 Battery Powered Continuity by Ronggolawe Denney

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of this tester but was quickly disappointed on first try. The bulb just isn't bright enough in my opinion. Not at all. I do not understand. With today's LED technology, I don't understand why this manufacturer uses such a weak little bulb that barely lights up. I understand it only uses one cell, but I'd rather use 2 batteries if that means I could actually see the light. It works great in darker rooms, but just isn't good enough for use in lighted areas. I want to give it 5 stars because it is MUCH BETTER in quality than any other continuity tester I've bought over the years. If only it were brighter.
