Bought 2 similar devices from better known brands and decided to try this device as it was on sale. Installation for these types of bidets is easy and in no time at all this unit was in place. However, when we left for the weekend, I returned home totally swamped! Damage totaled about 30,000, and the bidet was the culprit. Even though the device was turned off, it worked all the time! Luckily the lid was on the seat (when we lifted it water gushed across the room to the far wall) and the water seeped in the lid and ran down the front of the bowl onto the floor; Otherwise, in addition to all our furniture and baseboards, we would also replace the wall. I learned the hard way that cheap plumbing is definitely different from cheap, and this bidet is definitely cheaply built.
