This item was as described. It’s not great in my honest people. I have arthritis and planned to use this to put lotion on my back. It is hard to maneuver the handle to get the head flush with your body. It mostly smears the product around. I’m not sure if making the head softer might make a difference. It is made well and seems to hold up good. I do use it and will continue too until I figure out a better plan.
