strips are not quite at the same angle as the original. So you will have trouble making some snap connections. If the hoses were 6mm longer, there would likely be these issues. This is especially noticeable in the foam-lined tube that runs through the top of the manifold. You'll likely end up removing the cleaning foam. For me I had to cut off one of the ends and connect a piece of vacuum hose with zip ties. For me the kit was worth it because I know how to see those little issues and find a solution for my 190,000 mile car that only drives 100 miles a month. Overall I felt the inner diameters were a bit tight to attach to the fittings. To install them you need to remove the intake manifold. I've swapped the PCV both ways and I'm pretty sure you won't have the leverage needed to snap the bottom hoses into place unless you start with the manifold removed.
