It has helped us keep track more efficiently with all our services like Pumps & Plumbing Repair, Carpentry, HVAC/Plant Equipment and even some Electrical Services.

Also easy enough for my customer's employees who are not tech savvy themselves to use it as well! I wish there were more customizations available so we could better customize certain things but so far its has been good with everything we need it for. Easy for staff members and customers alike! I like how easy it is for end users with minimal computer skills or training time - we get very quick value from this product which was our main goal in purchasing such software! As far as user interface goes, there are some things about their dashboard design could be improved but overall they have done an excellent job given what would normally take 3 people many months just trying figure out where everything should go by hand coding all features!!
