The ease in which I can track my vehicle's history from its creation! It is very organized so that it makes sense for me when reading through all vehicles' information about repairs etc., especially if they were done at our shop or dealership (if applicable) versus ones performed elsewhere. Some features could stand improvement such as better navigation options/easier map use; however overall this program has helped us streamline tracking & documenting repair info since implementing over 3 years ago now. A lot more efficient than previous software we used priorly - easier accessability via smart phone app too. Would definitely recommend using this system!! Tracking engine issues along wtih other car services like oil changes / tire rotations helps keep everyone informed throughout year-round regarding any major problem areas within their specific area(s). Our organization also provides insurance companies reports upon request showing breakdown analysis by location vs manufacturer part issue type,.
