Review on Jet Lighter Torch Multipack - Short & Long Nose Windproof Butane Torch for Camping, Survival, BBQ, Hobby - Butane Not Included (Made in Taiwan) by Chakravarthi Ladner

I bought two lighters, black with a short nose, yellow with a long nose. Filled them up with good quality butane and let them sit for a while and then tried to light them up. Neither of them caught fire, only a slight whiff indicated the butane was there, but none of them caught fire. Also, the button is very tight and difficult to press. It would be difficult to hold a lighter and do anything with it that would take time. I'm pretty sure that's because the kid wouldn't be able to light any of these, assuming they work and mine don't. Emailed the company and got suggestions from them, one of which was to set the flame lever to positive which didn't work at all. I turned the flame lever to minus on yellow and after a few puffs it lit up. The black never worked no matter where I set the flame arm, just a little pull each time I pressed it. Note that the butane gas tank looks like a lighter, but it isn't. It's just a fuel tank that you can't ignite. I'm sending them back to Revane. I need to let my finger heal from repeatedly pressing the switch.
