There are a lot of peanuts in this mix. Peanuts are like parrot candy. You like them, but they are unhealthy. For the price of this item, it would be fair to expect an excellent mix of ingredients. The reason you'll find so many nuts in many parrot mixes is that they're relatively cheap and bulky. Consult your avian veterinarian.
