Charging area is too small

You have to put your phone in EXACTLY the right spot or it won't charge. The loading area is too small and needs to be wider for this area to be effective. Because the convenience of using a mount rather than plugging in a cable is negated by the need to play around with the phone and mount to get them aligned, and even then if the phone moves for some reason you might find that the device is not working. not load at all.
