This is my favorite wireless charger because I can easily charge 2 phones with it at the same time, so I can charge my phone and my husband's at the same time. Perfect for traveling as you don't need to take a lot of chargers with you.

You have to put your phone in EXACTLY the right spot or it won't charge. The loading area is too small and needs to be wider for this area to be effective. Because the convenience of using a mount rather than plugging in a cable is negated by the need to play around with the phone and mount to get them aligned, and even then if the phone moves for some reason you might find that the device is not working. not load at all. So yes, everything is fine.

This dual wireless charger works great with our phones and headphones; Both were in cases as shown in the photos. The charger is clearly marked to accept devices and an audible signal will indicate proper contact. With twice the capacity, our phones have been charged and the task of plugging in each phone has been eliminated by simply placing them on the charging pad. I've been using it for about a month, no problems. I keep it on my kitchen counter where everyone can easily access it and plug my phone into a small charger.
