Review on 💪 Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz Desktop Memory - High Performance RAM for Efficient PC Workflows by Ken Reed

Added another 16GB kit to my AM3+ board (ga990fxa ud3), FOR a total of 32GB. With a run through the BIOS, set 1600 MHz and boot, no problem. I also use a 10GB RamDisk, leaving 22GB for the system. I didn't have to remove my Phanteks cooler to fit this LP RAM. Right fan only. Large gap under the large tower cooler. If you are concerned about tappet play, please purchase this kit (or 2). You'll find that many QVLs don't list very many types of jack kits. They say: Due to the large number of RAM types on the market, we only tested the ones listed. This does not mean that they are not working properly. Get a good brand (Corsair) of a type and speed that matches the capabilities of your board and processor and you're good to go. However, most require you to go into the BIOS and set the SPD or 9-9-9-24 2T to 1.5 volts or Auto Volts, leave the rest of the settings alone and be good to go. Don't forget to save F10 and exit. If the flash drive isn't seated properly, unplug it and plug it back in. A highly recommended kit.
