Ugly, broken and annoying. Hot, expensive, annoying
Arrived broken a day later than expected. pay a technician to install before I know the electrical is damaged beyond repair, then they expect me to call the guy again so I can pack it up and ship it back to them before they can fix my problem. I'm expected to pay more than the product is worth to prove to them that they sent me a broken item while I'm sweating in a trailer with no air conditioning. The pens are also very sticky and dated, with the bright color indicating desired temperature defiantly hurting your resale value.
