Goes where most skimmers can't. It's small enough to fit in the back of my Evolve 8. There are only two problems with it, the first is the water level. You need to pretty much keep the water level at a certain "best point". If it's too high, the skimmer will wet the foam too much and fill the bowl almost immediately, too low and no degreasing will be achieved (the water won't reach the top of the bowl itself). Another problem is with this mug. overflow Because the bowl is small, it can fill up quickly if the level in the tank is too high. For this reason, I use the overflow port built into the mug itself and use an air hose to direct excess water into the reservoir. While this is great for preventing the cup from overflowing, it does take up space as it sits on my desk. Overall this is a great skimmer for the price, much better than some of the options that come with two. or triple the price.
