Works but beeps regularly. Support did not respond to a request in chat. I connected it to a 12V deep cycle marine battery. I charge my phone via USB adapter, so very little load. Charges normally, output voltage is 120V. But every now and then (maybe 15 minutes) it beeps 5 times and then after about 30 seconds a single beep. The input voltage of the battery is 12.4V, which is not a low voltage condition. I couldn't find any beep codes in the manual. Except for the power supply, no other indicators light up on the inverter. The temperature of the inverter is cool to the touch, so heat is not an issue. Not sure if I should keep it if it keeps beeping even if the input and output are correct. I don't want to find out later that it fails. It's also frustrating not being able to find any information about the beep. I'm still not sure what it was, but it was the last 5x beep. Anyway, it's worked decently since the initial setup; I used it to charge my phones and laptop for about 4 days during a power outage due to Hurricane Irma.
