Strobe effect set by default

I bought them to have in front of the house. I want them to be "permanent" without flickering, fading, or causing other lighting effects. However, the default setting for these lights when you plug them in is stroboscopic. Every time I turn on the garden lights with the switch inside the house, they default back to strobe. I would then have to go outside and grab the plug of each of these LED networks and set them to the "always on" position. Absolutely unacceptable.
