
I measure my sleep with our ring. The data showed that I don't get deep sleep. After some searching I decided to buy these blue light blocking glasses and see if they help. I was pretty skeptical, but the data doesn't lie. Since wearing these glasses, my deep sleep has roughly doubled. An unexpected big side effect is that I feel very sleepy after wearing it for 2 hours. It must be the melatonin I was missing before. Great product, would highly recommend.
