I'd seen this recommended by many people as a great tool for cleaning bathtub grout and such, so was really looking forward to trying it out on our stained tub and shower. Well. I did one test run and was pretty disappointed. Besides chipping out some of the caulk, it didn't seem to make any difference on the cleanliness of the grout. (Yes, I did also use a cleanser product.) It's cool that it comes with all the different brush heads and such to fit in different areas, but if it isn't powerful enough to scrub, it's kind of pointless.
