A great Omnia Channel and CRM integration solution for any business

The ease of implementation when compared to other platforms was what sold me most about this software! We were able to implement quickly with little training required from our staff members who had no prior experience using omni channel or B2B technology such as Salesforce before now. There are some features that we have found difficult but it's only because they haven't been fully implemented yet so I'm sure those will be worked out soon enough. In all honesty though there isn’t anything negative at present time which has kept us away from recommending them more widely within my organisation (and indeed across many others). As an example; one feature not currently available - however promised by their support team very recently after speaking directly w/them regarding said issue -- would allow you create your own custom fields / attributes without having to rely upon 3rd party addons like Zapier etc.. This means greater flexibility if needed later down the.

  • The fact that you can integrate omni channel software with Salesforce without any requirement for 3rd party addons as there's native support within Salesforce
Cons
  • It's not widely known / promoted and there's a lot of features not available at present time
