Review on ASUS Strix XG27UQR Gaming Monitor - 3840x2160p, 144Hz, Anti-Glare, Blue Light Filter, Flicker-Free, Tilt Adjustment by Allen Gardner

I bought this monitor hoping to use it for both gaming and work, but unfortunately this monitor doesn't seem to support a clamshell MacBook Pro at all. When the laptop goes into clamshell mode, the screen just flickers and flashes endlessly. You don't even wake up from sleep. Unfortunately had to go back. I ended up getting an LG 4K 144Hz monitor and it worked with my MBP right away. Otherwise, it's great for playing on a Windows computer.
