I will try not to complicate things. I bought this pair for myself in March of this year and literally this week they stopped working, they don't turn on, they don't restart, nothing. I really like when they work, but that's obviously a big issue with these headphones. I say this because after buying this pair for myself I bought a pair for my wife. She loved them too, but hers worked less than 30 days after we received it, same problem as previously described. We sent this pair back for an exchange and they sent her a brand new pair. She loved her again; However, after about 2 months of use, they also stopped working. We're now awaiting the arrival of their third set of Powerbeats 2. So my wife and I love them when they work, but for now I'd rather have my money back. There is an obvious problem with them that makes them just stop working. In the meantime we are waiting for the arrival of the 4th and 5th couple. Very disappointing.
