Always pre-wind tube fittings
After adding air, an air leak from the fitted fitting became apparent. Fitting removed, 5 turns silicone strap, reinserted. Problem solved. Quick disconnects are great for inserting and shutting off the air supply. The fittings were inserted into a mushroom shaped push button valve for a 100 psi can crusher.
