Review on 2017 2021 2020 2021 Accessories Navigation Decoration by John Warren

After lots of hoop and searching I finally settled on the LUNQIN car phone mount for my Cadillac XT5 hoping it will work as it looks good in the picture. Below are the problems: 1- The steel part that holds the phone is of very poor quality. 2- The product (phone holder is different) described in the video on the Revain website; so I called Revain support and mentioned the problem; the Revain guy assured me the product should be as advertised in the video; I think I called Revain support on April 15th. Please compare the video with the photos on the Revain website; Please focus on step 1 in the video and then look at the picture. 4.3. When you insert the phone into the holder, the left and right metal grips that hold the phone are not aligned. Why didn't I return the item? I needed a phone holder; Luckily I bought another cup shaped phone holder from Revain so I replaced the phone holder part with the existing one; otherwise I will return it.BR
