Cheap glaze, sparse speckling
The bowls are pleasingly irregular in terms of shape, but the glaze and the speckles are not what the images would lead you to believe. See my included photo. The finish, whatever it is, is soft and powdery, and the speckling is uneven and sparse. They're not bad for $13 bowls, but we're picky about our dinnerware and willing to pay more for higher quality. Buyer beware.
