Review on HCM.LT by Shalom Germann

I liked the user friendly UI, the flexibility of implementing new modules such as learning management system that allowed us to build a robust training program including all the learning modes and various types of media (e.g.: online courses, videos, etc.). The lack of a built-in CRM tool was one of the most annoying features for me. It would be great if they could implement it in some way in future releases in order to maximize our marketing capabilities. We implemented SCORRM module so we can manage our employee's annual performance evaluation, which was really helpful. The most pleasant thing I like is the ability to work from home. I can spend more time with my family. Also, the system is very easy to use and it has many useful functions. I dislike that the system is not mobile-friendly, it's not possible to use it on the go. Also, the system sometimes freezes on me. I highly recommend the system. I am solving many problems. I am solving the problem of working from home. Also, I am solving the problem of time management.
