Zero stars wasn't an option. This was a huge waste of money and no customer service.
After less than a year this cover was shredded by the elements, which are pretty mild in Southern California. The trailer is in a fenced in storage yard with security so we know it wasn't tampered with but didn't hold up. The company claims to have a guaranteed money back or replacement policy but I've reached out to the company twice yet no one has contacted me.
