I received a previously opened scooter. The part that snaps into the handlebar adjustment hole was missing. We were able to tighten it just enough to hold the handlebars in place but are still a bit disappointed to have received a previously opened up and broken scooter. My daughter was too excited to get it so we thought we could do it. Looks like a decent scooter but very disappointed. Updated ** I wish I could give it zero stars. Problem after problem with this scooter. The paint is peeling off easily and one of the rear wheels is suddenly stuck. It's less than two weeks for us. So disappointed, wish we had gotten it back from the start
