Has pros: It is compact, solidly looks both separately, and complete with the camera. Practically provides the functionality of both the whale lens of my former SONY A-37 camera, and the telephoto TAMRON. The presence of a hard case in the kit is a nice and useful plus. The hard metal body of the adapter is thoughtfully provided with a threaded socket for a tripod. Cons: The presence of a translucent mirror reduces the actual aperture of the lens, I would prefer the adapter to provide full-functional interaction of A-mount lenses with E-mount cameras without a mirror, because. it is the mirror that absorbs part of the light flux passing through the lens to the photosensitive matrix of the camera.
