The ease of use, the ability to customize, the ease of adding and managing patients. I dislike the fact that it is a subscription based service. I wish it was a one time fee. MPN ECLIPSE has allowed us to track patient visits, billing, and scheduling all in one place. It is easy to use and allows for customization. I am able to schedule patients and billing all in one place. The only thing I dislike about MPN ECLIPSE is that it is a subscription based service. It is very easy to use and has allowed us to streamline our billing and scheduling.
