Great software with many uses and purposes

I love everything about this program, it has all of my needed features that other programs don't have such as invoicing/billing statements etc.. It's also easy for me because i'm not very computer literate so when something goes wrong or doesn't work properly its much easier if someone else can fix them instead of having to call technical support over an hour away! Nothing really comes across dislike at thi point but maybe some more options could be added? That would make things better overall…

  • Also gives us access too our billing system right through here without needing extra equipment like pen & paper just simply log into website using username / password then select where ever service was provided by choosing "services" tab under services section

Easy to use EMR and Billing all in One

The ease of use, the ability to customize, the ease of adding and managing patients. I dislike the fact that it is a subscription based service. I wish it was a one time fee. MPN ECLIPSE has allowed us to track patient visits, billing, and scheduling all in one place. It is easy to use and allows for customization. Great product with room for growth plus customer service is lacking

Eclipse has been very helpful in managing our day-to-day operations by keeping all of my information organized, easy for me to find what I need when it needs found! It's not perfect but we are working towards getting everything figured out as far as patient portals go so that will be an amazing feature once implemented! The only thing I dislike about eclipse at this time would have to be their lack of support from them regarding any updates or changes they make within there system which could…

User Friendly Solution That Supports Multiple Departments

I love how easy it was for my partners and myself to learn. It is very user friendly, fast loading time, and allows us to see our notes from clients in realtime. It is also very intuitive for new users as well. There are a couple minor things I'd like to see addressed. For example, there isn't a way to have multiple notes at a time. This could be a feature we should look into adding to make things easier. The ability to type faster without having to load all of the information and then add…

Excellent product with many capabilities

The ease of use, all-inclusive features and how customizable it is for our office! I wish it had more templates or additional modules that we did not need. But, if you are looking for a simple software, this is perfect. It has all the features we have been searching for and its easy to navigate through as well. it's really easy for all users, from receptionists right up my senior colleagues; I can send messages directly across our intranet system without having any issues at all! The layout of some parts could be improved - maybe try using other products that don't have as many features but look better? We've had no problems since implementing Mpneclipse into one site in particular which was previously not very user friendly- we now only use 1 place (where ever people are) instead of 2 different…

  • Easy to navigate around within each section.
  • Very quick response times when contacting customer services or helpdesk staff who deal with queries/issues personally rather than via email if they're too busy!! A lot quicker then usual emails sent through an internal mail server suchas Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 eMail is much more efficient because there isn’t loads going back & forth between computers like normal office PC workstations would do
