Review on MPN ECLIPSE by Kenny Marozas
I love having this system as it's very user friendly and intuitive for all users
it's really easy for all users, from receptionists right up my senior colleagues; I can send messages directly across our intranet system without having any issues at all! The layout of some parts could be improved - maybe try using other products that don't have as many features but look better? We've had no problems since implementing Mpneclipse into one site in particular which was previously not very user friendly- we now only use 1 place (where ever people are) instead of 2 different systems etc so this has been great for us overall.
Pros
- Easy to navigate around within each section.
- Very quick response times when contacting customer services or helpdesk staff who deal with queries/issues personally rather than via email if they're too busy!! A lot quicker then usual emails sent through an internal mail server suchas Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 eMail is much more efficient because there isn’t loads going back & forth between computers like normal office PC workstations would do
