Arrived quickly and undamaged. Easy installation that took about 10 minutes. I used 5 screws to attach the unit to the plywood wall and they were not included in my order. After installing the device, it only took 3 steps to get it up and running. 1. Insert paper towel roll. 2. Pass the paper towel through 2 rollers. 3. Close the lid. Very easy. I will be the only person using this device and I am not bossy with things. I will write an update later. So far, so good. To update. November 30, 2021 This dispenser is still working properly. Now we have a family of 3 people, 2 cats and 5 dogs. I use a roll of paper towels every 3-4 weeks. I bought a box of 42 rolls (paper towels) for this dispenser from Costco for $52. Each roll holds 5,000 feet of towels. This dispenser has really proven to be durable and reliable. I order the same dispenser for the kitchen in 3 days. I highly recommend this item.
